Shipping from Jiangsu, China

All of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse located in Jiangsu Province, China. We ensure timely order processing, and once your order is confirmed, it will typically be dispatched within 3-5 business days for in-stock items. For customized products or items that are out of stock, please contact us to obtain the estimated shipping time. International shipping is carried out via trusted logistics partners, and we make every effort to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times depend on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery times are between 7 to 30 business days.

• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs vary based on the weight, size of the package, and delivery location. You will be able to view the shipping cost during checkout.

• Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order’s journey.

Expansion of Our Warehouse in Thailand

We are excited to announce that we are in the process of building a warehouse in Thailand to further improve our shipping operations in Southeast Asia. Once the warehouse is fully operational, it will allow us to provide faster delivery times to our customers in the region. We anticipate that this will significantly reduce delivery times and enhance our ability to serve local businesses with even more efficiency.

• Expected Completion Date: Our Thai warehouse is expected to be fully operational in the second half of next year. Stay tuned for updates on this exciting development!
