1. General Return and Refund Policy
We value our business relationships and aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every transaction. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Non-Customized Products
For non-customized products, if there is a quality issue, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for non-quality-related reasons (such as dissatisfaction, wrong purchase, or a change of mind). To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
3. Customized Products
Customized or personalized products, including those made to specific orders or with branding/logos, are not eligible for returns or refunds, regardless of the reason. Once the customization process is initiated or the product has been shipped, it is final sale.
4. Return Shipping Costs
In the case of a return for defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-defective returns, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
6. Warranty and Quality Issues
Our products come with warranties, and we stand behind their quality. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a resolution based on the warranty terms, including repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
